We relocated from California to North Carolina in August. One of our greatest concerns about the move was how to transport our dog Abbie. After a lot of online research on the various options, it only took one email inquiry and a follow-up conversation with Dan to confirm our comfort level that this was the right company to use.
I can't say anything but WOW with Dan and Traci's correspondence and care! Ours situation was complicated in many ways and to even add to my thankfulness and praise of Dan & Traci occurred just a few weeks prior to the move when Abbie suddenly came down with some big health concerns. I was amazed by their patience with us as we dialogued about what to do and our concerns of her need for medication, special food and special handling and trust me when I say that we had a lot of questions!
Dan was very reachable during her journey here and even arrived a day sooner than expected.

Traci and Dan are outstanding!!! During a very stressful time - moving our family to FL - they provided the stress-reducing support and service for our two Fur Kids. They communicated regularly throughout the process; from quote to pickup to delivery. Our kids arrived as promised happy, healthy and ready for their new life. Great transportation! Nice large kennels and Dan and Traci are great communicators. The price was exactly as they said it would be. My peke was even delivered early. Since airlines will not fly Pekingese this was a great alternative. Dan and Traci have earned my trust for the future. I feel so lucky to have found them.

Just move from NY to CA, and having 2 senior dogs at 10 and 12 years old, my Vet recommended them not to fly cross country. I found Nation Wide Pet Transportation on the internet. Needed to find ground service due to there age. I was extremely worried for them, but with Dan and his team at NWPT made me feel really really comfortable with updates, and always picked up my calls to see how my two guys were doing. I never wrote a review on any site, and this one took a little delay for me getting settled in my new home. We booked a transport for our new puppy from Texas to California. I was nervous since she was so young. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. We received a photo of her along the way and the dog arrived even earlier than we anticipated. I highly recommend working with Dan and Traci. Now if they could only help with house training? ... 🐶 🐕

Dan and Traci were great to deal with ! Highly Communicative and willing to address all my questions and concerns. Louie even remembered Dan on the pick up and showed no hesitation in hopping in the van for the return trip.
