We were moving from NJ to AZ during the COVID-19 crisis. We were originally planning to transport our dog, Max, via air cargo, but the airlines were not able to accommodate during this time. We luckily found Nationwide online and were quickly able to recognize the excellent service that they offered. From the first inquiry response to Max's delivery in Arizona, everything went exactly according to plan. Max left NJ on Sunday and arrived in Phoenix on Wednesday! When he was dropped off, he was even trying to get back into the van. I think that speaks volume to how his ride went. Thanks so much to Dan and Traci for taking such good care of our dog! I checked out many transport companies while I was trying to figure out how to get my dog from Illinois to Rhode island. there were many companies that prided themselves in the fact that they don't use crates to transport your animal. Not only is that they legal, but does not really take your pet safety into account.
Tracy and Dan are incredible with their communication, explanations, and answered every phone call I made to them or text. If you check out their website online you'll see the care that they have taken to set up their vehicle for all pets concerned. Their prices are very competitive and worth every penny. The person who is sending the dog to me is quite picky with how dogs are treated and even she was impressed with their setup and how tender Dan was with the dog she was sending.if I ever have to have another pet transported it's absolutely a no-brainer that I would use their services again.
