Dan made great time from Virginia to California with our new rescue puppy Maya. She arrived safe and sound. I even got photo updates on her travels. She's settling in to her new home & office just fine!

Dan was amazing! I am a very uptight dog owner, and I was beyond nervous about transporting my dog, Brewer, from Texas to NYC. Dan put us at ease immediately with his extensive knowledge about dogs and his immaculate transport van. He kept me updated throughout the trip, and arrived very quickly from what I was expecting! If you have ever worked in customer service you'll know me as the "really annoying, insistent type" I was so anxious about shipping my Shiba Inu from New York to California. Fortunately for me, I came across Dan and his amazing patience, understanding and communication skills, talked me through the whole trip, sent me pics and handled my most prized position with care and attention.
