My precious Simba is now back in Cali, thanks to Mr. Dan! The process was easy and my family and I received updates/pictures of Simba during his cross-country trip from Norfolk to San Diego! Dan and Traci were wonderful to work with. I had concerns about transporting my cats from NC to CA in July but a significant amount of stress was relieved by their responsive communication. With each email I sent, I had a prompt reply and all my questions were addressed. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and true to their word. They clearly communicated their arrival window and narrowed down their timeline as they were en route. After picking up our two cats, I had nearly daily text updates from Dan, including a photo of the cats. The morning of the drop-off, he gave us the time he was going to arrive and showed up at exactly that time. Our cats were doing well and their large van was clean and organized. You could tell, even in our brief encounter, that Dan really has a heart for animals and wants to make sure they are taken care of. We will absolutely use them again in the future, if the need to move our cats arises. Thank you!
